Ottawa BlackJacks 2026 Season

The Ottawa BlackJacks season ended in unfortunate heart break during the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals were they were narrowly beat out by the Brampton Honey Badgers.

But their season held a lot of positive notes worth mentioning including some new franchise records.

Javonte Smart let the offensive attack, averaging 23.8 points and 6.9 assts per game. Isaih Moore recorded 197 points, 110 rebounds and six double doubles in just 12 games. Alex Fudge led the league with 40 blocks. Christian Rohlehr became the BlackJacks’ franchise leader with 44 career blocks.

Head coach Justin Mazzulla became the youngest coach in CEBL history at 27 and had this to say “There's countless learning lessons, but I think most importantly, relationships and the people that you surround yourself with are super important, and here at Ottawa, we're surrounded by such great people,”.

Depsite their season being over the BlackJacks have built solid foundations and are a team worth watching.
